About the Lodge
A hidden treasure on the Pumdikot ridge, above the lakes and lights of Pokhara.

A warm welcome from the hill
Situated at an altitude of 1600 metres above the Pokhara valley, Pumdikot Mountain Lodge is an absolute beauty spot where one truly enjoys the perfect blend of modern infrastructure and contemporary interiors alongside natural displays. The lodge looks out over the Annapurna Himalayan range, Phewa Lake, Kalabhang homestay and more. The location was once listed for the Osho Tapoban project — which tells you it is one of the best venues for your spiritual refreshment. At Pumdikot Mountain Lodge we strive to provide our guests with the best hospitality alongside an experience of rural Nepalese lifestyle. The lodge hosts different kinds of buildings, from typical Nepali houses to an ample modern building — all furnished and decorated internally to make you feel like the old traditional village home-stays.

A warm Nepali welcome
We are a small, family-run lodge, and we like it that way. That means genuine hospitality, home-cooked food, and the time to help you plan your days — whether that’s a sunrise hike, a boat on Phewa Lake, or simply an afternoon doing very little on the terrace.
The lodge blends modern comfort with the character of a traditional Nepali village — a cluster of buildings, from typical Nepali houses to an ample modern block, each finished to feel like a warm old village home-stay.
“Days here move slowly — and that is exactly the point.”
Where we are
Located at the top of Pumdikot Hill, only 16 kilometres from the beautiful Pokhara valley, the lodge offers awesome views of the Himalayan mountain ranges, Phewa Lake and the whole valley below. Pumdikot is also a place of quiet pilgrimage — home to the striking hilltop Shiva statue and sweeping views that draw visitors at sunrise and sunset.
We can arrange airport pick-up and transfers from Pokhara, and we’re glad to point you toward the best of the surrounding trails, temples and viewpoints.
